全外教英语口语中级和高级班，专攻商务英语及商务英语口语，适合从事外贸、外企、合资企业工作且英语基础较好的学员报读，也适合将来打算在上述企业工作的年轻人报读。近期打算通过国家人事部三级翻译资格考试中的口译考试者以及打算参加全国商务英语翻译资格考试的学员也可报读，特别适合从事或打算从事商务口译（交替传译）的工作者报读。

说明：
◆全外教高级班适合英语语言基础较好但口语尚待提高、工作中经常使用英语或急需出国的人士报读。语言基础较好的标准是具备大学非英语专业基础，具备日常英语词汇2500个，了解英语文法，能够进行一般性交流。培训目标：从场景会话训练开始，逐步过渡到争论、讨论及自述和演讲。最终掌握生活及商务工作词汇4500个，流利地道使用日常英语，并具备出国深造、对外商贸谈判、外资求职所需英语。年龄不限。
  学员可以自己决定是否报读该班，但为了教学效果和学员的自身利益，将主要由入学笔试和口试决定能否入选就读该班。

◆◆全外教中级班适合因出国或工作等原因急需提高口语能力、有高中或以上英语基础、具备1500个日常英语词汇、了解英语基本文法者报读。培训目标：经过结构、功能和场景会话训练，最终掌握4000个生活及工作词汇，听懂并流利使用日常英语，熟悉40～60个不同话题和情景，具备出国深造、对外商贸、外资求职、基本专业知识交流所需英语。年龄不限。
      学员可以自己决定是否报读该班，但为了教学效果和学员的自身利益，将主要由入学笔试和口试决定能否入选就读该班。

Helen: Today we’re going to look at words and phrases that have recently become part of the English language.

Helen: Today’s new expression is ‘market leader’.

Zoe: Market leader. Market..市场和leader..领导人? 这两个词在一起说是什么意思呢?

Helen: Well, it’s quite simple really. Market leader means either the company that sells the most of a particular type of product, or the product itself that sells the most.

Zoe: 慢点儿，慢点儿，我怎么听着有点儿晕啊？

Helen: well, listen carefully. if you had a company selling computers and you sold more computers than any other company, you would be the ‘market leader’.

Zoe: 哦，market leader的意思就是指 某样商品销售额最高的公司。

Helen: that’s right. it can also mean the product.

Zoe: Market leader也可以指一样最叫卖的商品。

Helen: yes. You could say Coca Cola is the market leader.

B: Of course. I represent White Electronics. We are the market leader in domestic appliances in Western Europe.

Helen: Well, the market leader usually offers quality products.

Zoe: I see.

Helen: And my mobile phone is very good. I’m not surprised it comes from the market leader.
